All Westy Sunglasses are covered by our manufacturers warranty for 1 year from the date of purchase, with valid proof of purchase. Our warranty covers breakage due to defective material or manufacturing defects. Our warranty does not cover scratched lenses, loss, or alterations to the original lenses and/or frames, from that originally produced by Westy Sunglasses and its manufacturing partners.
Westy’s MAXIMUS Lenses
WESTY’s MAXIMUS Prescription Lenses and eyewear are warranted against defects due to materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years, from the date of purchase, as shown on a receipt from an authorized MAXIMUS Optic dealer or distributor. This warranty does not cover abused or scratched lenses… or alterations to the original lenses and/or frames, from that originally produced by MAXIMUS Optic.
Limitation of use Warning
Westy Sunglasses are not designed to be used as industrial protection against mechanical hazards, or to protect the wearer from injury sustained by impact with hard objects. Westy Sunglasses should not be used for night driving, or for viewing directly at the sun.
Returns, Exchanges & Repairs

Any items being returned or exchanged must be shipped/postmarked within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, in original packaging, with tag(s) and seal(s) still attached. Westy Sunglasses reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements.
If return items are received within the 30-day time period, and in acceptable condition, refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
